DOH. I am still in bed (that’s not the “doh” part, really that’s more of a “woot”) and I am watching last night’s Conan on Hulu, and I totally forgot about the I’m with CoCo rally in Seattle! It’s a little extreme, but I sure wish I went, I’ve never rallied for anything, and that makes me feel a little pompous. And to me that’s about the same thing as feeling bloated. And that’s a girl thing. So… Wait… I don’t even know what I am talking about anymore.

Hello! High Water played The Showbox this weekend and it was amazing, they had a great turnout, everyone loved em, and we start recording the EP this Thursday, so proud of my boys! My boys… I’m a proud papa.

If you hadn’t heard, OMGfacts has been deleted from Twitter (not sure if they self terminated, some people say it was Twitter themselves who deleted the account) and GOOD RIDDANCE because I swear half the stuff they would post was total crap.

ALSO, for anyone that is a fan of premium, high quality television series, Terence Winter (Writer for The Sopranos) and Martin Scorsese (If I have to tell you who he is then premium stuff is CLEARLY not for you) are teaming up on a new HBO series called Boardwalk Empire, a series based in the 1920’s in Atlantic City, during prohibition, and the lead is Steve Buscemi. So be excited, I think there are a few tiny trailers up on some sites. Also David Simon of The Wire (BEST SHOW EVER) has a new series called Treme which takes place in New Orleans and actually follows the music scene, (but of course, typical of Simon, also delves deep into politics and crime and business etc) and I really can’t wait, and if you’ve never seen The Sopranos or The Wire (or Six Feet Under) you really haven’t lived. And that makes you a zombie.
